The Online Gaming Alliance supports human diversity, international cooperation and cultural heritage. Although we cherish free speech and disdain censorship, OGA will not condone, endorse, support, promote or in any way associate with groups that foster hate or inappropriate content involving minors. Accordingly, no member or applicant for membership may endorse, promote or in any way be associated with the following groups, materials or concepts:
- Child pornography
- Underage gaming
- Extreme violence
- Hate groups, including but not limited to
- Racial hatred or racism
- Ethnic hatred or genocide
- Religious hatred or intolerance
- Gender hatred or misogyny
- Homophobic or sexual bias
- National or cultural-based hatred
- Illegal drug use
- Organized crime
- Drug trafficking
- Terrorist organizations
- Internet fraud
OGA will police its members and strongly enforce this policy.
Players and members can report sites suspected of violating this policy or failing to adhere to the OGA Code of Conduct by using our Report a Problem Site form. The OGA Executive Director will initiate an investigation and take appropriate action.
